The following terms and conditions apply to all contact with Juno & Co, including behavioural advice and training, online courses, one-to-one training, group training, and any verbal or written information related to the services provided by Juno & Co (we). These terms and conditions are in place to protect the safety and welfare of staff, the client(s) and dog(s);

 

Dogs & Clients​

• Juno & Co shall not be responsible or liable for any actions of client(s) and/or dog(s) while in, on or around any of our training areas or public spaces. Juno & Co shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, loss or theft of the dog(s) or any person, vehicle or other property relating to the client(s) or dog(s).

• Juno & Co shall not be responsible or liable for any actions of the client(s) and/or dog(s) in relation to members of the public, or their dog(s) whilst training with us in, on or around any areas that are open to the general public.

• Juno & Co shall not be responsible or liable for any actions of the client(s) and/or dog(s) in relation to another client(s), or their dog(s) whilst training in a group or class environment in, on or around any training areas, public spaces or car parks.

• Juno & Co shall not be responsible or liable for any actions of members of the public, or their dog(s) whilst training with us in, on or around any areas that are open to the general public.

• Any information regarding the health and medical history and/or severe behavioural issues and/or bite/injury history relating to the dog(s) must be disclosed prior to any behavioural consultation or training. You agree to disclosing any health and medical information and/or any severe behavioural issues or bite/injury incidents for the entire duration that we are working with the dog(s).

• Any information regarding health conditions, injuries, or illnesses that might affect the client(s) or anyone who attends with the client(s) ability to actively and safely take part in the session, use the facilities or equipment offered, must be disclosed prior to attending. If the client(s) or those who attend with the client fail to disclose this information, Juno & Co cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury, harm or loss that might occur.​

• The client(s) are entirely responsible for anyone they choose to bring to the session(s) and the safe us of their own equipment.

​

• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while in, on or around any of our training areas and public spaces unless under the supervision and instruction of the trainer.

​​

• Undesirable or aggressive handling methods and tools, or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated. Juno & Co's priority is to provide modern, science based methods and reserves the right to ask an individual to leave if these values are compromised.​

​

• Handlers must ensure they pick up and clean up after their dogs, and themselves (litter etc).

​

Photography​

​

• ​The client(s) must acknowledge that we may use photos and/or videos of their dog(s) alongside their first name, breed and what we have been training, on any or all of our social media pages for promotional use. If the client(s) do not wish for their dog(s) to be photographed, they must inform Juno & Co prior to the session.

Booking, Sessions & Cancellations
​​

• Payment for any service is to be made in full at the time of booking, via our website.

​

• In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued up until 7 days prior to the session. If the cancellation is within 7 days of the session, a refund of 50% will be issued. No refunds will be given within 2 days prior to the session.​

​

Booking and attending the session(s) constitutes acceptance and agreement of abiding by, and being bounded by the terms and conditions.​
