Service Description

Once you have had your first session, the trainer will then organise the follow up sessions at a time that suits you. The first session allows time for us to assess your dog and decide how regular your sessions need to be. The majority of our clients see us weekly or bi-weekly.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued up until 7 days prior to the session or the beginning of a class block. If the cancellation is within 7 days of the session, or first session of a class block, a refund of 50% will be issued. No refunds will be given within 2 days prior to the session or the first session of a class block.​ No refunds will be given after a class block has begun.
